My one-page description of what I do for businesses (see business consulting page) will give you an idea of sales training modules, though I also work with each person individually, over the phone as well, including management, if they so desire. People find my consultations to be very effective and efficient time-wise because I am able to hear and intuit what the real issue is underneath the "appearance" of the issue. I also train businesses in a term I coined, "focused imagination," for my bestseller, Think Yourself Thin.

Here are some points to consider:

• One on One Consultations: (as opposed to motivational seminars, or in conjunction with) This creates a safe atmosphere for people to talk about personal problems, challenges, needs and sometimes even fears that may hold them back from greater success. The real issues are often burdens they carry that no one knows about. Talking with a neutral party in complete confidentiality is often a great relief and will make a huge difference in productivity.

• All Consultations are Done by Phone: This saves you money on my travel time, your reps travel time, your reps sales time, and is more effective. People are always more comfortable sharing tough issues on the phone as opposed to eye to eye. And yet, it feels more personal to most people (the voice in your ear, the neutral listener.)
