Phase One: (One hour consultation with management)
Evaluation
of the challenges facing the employees individually, from the director's or
manager's perspective. This phase is complimentary and will define more clearly
for management what steps formeror soon-to-be employees need to take. Also,
this phase can be used to bolster morale of the
managers required to carry on and help with new ideas for greater success. This
phase is complimentary with any added services listed below.
Phase Two: (Two hour seminar)
Group presentation
to former or soon to be former staff and/or management teaching principles of
"focused imagination" which goes beyond visualization to create exponential
success. People will then automatically motivate themselves for positive results,
feeling more confident, hopeful and in control of their lives. Brief outline
is as follows:
A. How
the subconscious motivates us already, every minute
1. The subconscious language is not words, but images, including all of our
senses.
B. How to find out what you really want so you can get it!
1. You are motivated by your own desires, not someone else's.
2. Setting goals in writing is magic, too. (100 to one proof)
3.. Figure out what you'll need to earn to accomplish your goals. Think big
and beyond immediate needs (shoot for the stars to get to the moon).
C. How we can re-program the subconscious for positive motivation.
1. Create new images, using all senses and emotion to power- boost it to see
yourself in the new job you want.
2. Imagine yourself doing what you know it takes to make your goals (example:
10 calls = 3 appointments = one new job!)
3... Be the hero of your own story every day and be of service. D. Engaging
the potential employer's imagination.
1. Learn how managers hire via their own imaginations.
2. How to create an image that he/she can step into to see you in the new job
you want.
Phase Three: (One hour per person, once a week)
Work with
each former or soon-to-be former employee. individually (mainly by phone), l
A. Listening as person vents any frustrations or disappointments.
B. Asking the right questions to discover what beliefs they carry about
life that can help them see this change positively. Offering my own
ideas if they are receptive and don't have their own about how to see the up-side
to this change.
C. Writing resumes for each person, helping to build their self-esteem at the
same time through drawing out their successes.
C. Teaching "focused imagination" for success in the future to each
person in a way that fits his/her learning style and needs. Personalized coaching/consulting
on specific topics such as goal- setting, job-searching, giving interviewed,
time management, networking and building relationships, and overall creating
a solid foundation to build a new level of success and finding a satisfying
new job or career.
Phase Four:
Continue
to counsel each person as long as needed to get them to their next job.
Your former
or soon-to-be former staff will gain more confidence and renewed drive with
every new discovery about the magic of reprogramming the subconscious through
positive, focused imagination using all the senses.
